What to bring with you


  • Alberta Health Care number, WCB, AISH, and relevant details
  • Physician’s referral is not required to schedule an appointment but is often required for paying agents. Should you have a prescription, please bring it in with you
  • X-ray reports and/or MRI reports for knee brace assessments
  • It is recommended to contact any private insurance companies in regards to their requirements to support reimbursement (i.e. Gait analysis reports, biomechanical reports, etc.)
  • Loose fitting or accessible clothing to access a specific body site
  • Shorts will be required for any knee and leg castings
  • We do have gowns and shorts that you can use for the appointment if required
  • Footwear commonly worn to support foot orthotic gait assessments
